Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances, such as:
- The product received is damaged or broken during transit
- The product delivered is incorrect
- The product has a manufacturing or packaging defect
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect order placement by the customer.
2. Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be considered. Proof such as photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product may be required for verification.
3. Return Approval Process
Once a return request is submitted, our team will review the details and supporting evidence. If approved, further instructions regarding return pickup or disposal will be communicated. Shiv Makhana Udyog reserves the right to approve or reject return requests.
4. Condition of Returned Products
Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless the return is due to damage or defect. Products that fail to meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or replacement.
5. Refund or Replacement
Upon successful verification, we may offer:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund of the applicable amount
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or product damage, return shipping costs will be borne by Shiv Makhana Udyog. In all other cases, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, if applicable.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or partially consumed food products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging or labels

Shiv Makhana Udyog reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
