Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The actual time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued, such as when only a portion of the order is damaged or incorrect. The decision regarding partial refunds rests solely with Shiv Makhana Udyog.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened or partially consumed food products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or labels
